Global Digital Marketing Manager Job Description


• Work directly with internal departments and cross-functional teams, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring a successful project optimization of the platform.
• Set up and optimize an instance of HubSpot Marketing Hub and have experience working with various integrations and consolidation of websites and vendors.
• Define and document the functional and technical requirements for executing automated campaigns.
• Navigate and understand data - how to read it, interpret it, and visualize it in order to help with reporting and decision making.
• Provide advice on marketing and lead processes including lead management, pipeline optimization, lead scoring, and lead assignments.
• Work with data between multiple software systems including activities like migrations, integration, import, and regular data management.
• Collect and review requirements with internal teams and work directly with the teams to determine, design, and implement the software solutions.
• Research and troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
• Develop training materials/guides for internal departments and educate teams to ensure adoption of the software.
• Report out on KPIs and communicate overall campaign/project performance, takeaways and improvements.

Job Requirments


• Expert experience using HubSpot is a MUST
• Experience in using HubSpot to Salesforce integration.
• 4+ Years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation, SaaS preferred.
• Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing and/or marketing automation required.
• Experience working with early-stage companies and a deep understanding of the challenges they face.
• Candidates should be able to facilitate meetings and demonstrate the ability to establish and build relationships with teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing including technical and customer-facing components.
• Experience with automating workflows for marketing and sales processes.
• Experience with the initial set up of HubSpot is required, along with HubSpot administrator duties.
• High attention to quality and detail.
• Experience in other third-party cloud-based tools such as Trello, Workplace, Zapier, Survey Monkey etc. is a plus.
• International Market Management experience a plus.
• Real Estate experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications and/or related field required preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
